RHEOGROUT – GP is prepacked free flowing non shrink high strength cementitious grout with wide range of applications.
Composition
RHEOGROUT – GP is a blend of modified special cements, expansion agent, fluidfires and well graded aggregates, free from corrosive substances.
Purpose
Ideally suited os a heavy duty grout for machinery, truck and crane, rails where complete filling of voids is needed.
Usage
One 25 kg. pack of RHEOGROUT -GP will yield approximately 14.0 liters of grout.

Description
RHEOGROUT-GP a premixed cementitious grout with both high and early ultimate strength. RHEOGROUT-GP has excellent flow properties and will not shrink. RHEOGROUT-GP is suitable to use and only requires the addition of water to produce a fluid grout. RHEOGROUT-GP is free from corrosive substance.
Properties
In common with other cementitious products the properties of RHEOGROUF GP depend upon the water: cement ratio used. RHEOGROLIT-GP will stay pourable for approximately 20 minutes at 20°C any material unused after this time should be discarded. RHEOGROUT-GP is suitable for use in gap widths of between 10-50 mm for application below 10 mm alternative material may be used. For more details, please contact our technical department for material may be built-up on layer not exceeding 50 mm. Alternative RHEOGROUT-GP may be bulk out by the addition of approximately 6 kg. 6 mm peagravel to each bog. This will allow thickness up to 100 mm to be achieved in one pour.

Method of use
The substrate should be sound clean and free from contamination. Concrete and other mineral surface should be carefully pre washed and all surfaces should be carefully pre-wetted and all surplus water removed, prior to the application of RHEOGROUT-GP. Use oil-free compressed air to blow out bolt holes etc. as necessary, ensure base plates, bolts etc. are clean and free of oil, grease and paints etc. Set and align equipments if shield are to be removed after the grout has set then lightly grease them to Facilitate easy removal. The RHEOGROUT-GP should be mixed with the correct amount of water preferably by mechanical means for minimum of 3 minutes. Do not mix more material that can be used in 20 minutes. The powder should never be poured in to still water. The fluid grout should be poured From one end only. Ensure that air displaced by the fluid grout is to escape when carrying out base plate grouting ensure sufficient grout head of pressure.
Storage life
RHEOGROUT-GP has shelf life of one year it kept unopened. Handing Precaution RHEOGROUT-GP is alkaline and avoid contact with skin. Splashes should be washed off with water.

Purpose
RHEOGROUT – EP is meant for the precision grouting of cranes, Tracks, heavy machinery, heavy duty rails, studs and dowel bars, fixing bolts and anchors. RHEOGROUT – EP is also used for bonding concrete to concrete and concrete to steel.

Description
RHEOGROUT-EP is a three component solvent- free prepacked ready to use high strength nonshrink pourable filled grouting system. RHEOGROUT-EP has the better flow properties at lower temperatures, this improved fluidity together with its longer usable life enable it to be placed in awkward and inaccessible gaps. RHEOGROUT-EP is supplied as the resin hardener and filler. The grout has a creamy consistency and his readily powered or trowelled when mixed. RHEOGROUT-EP has excelent bonding property with steel and concrete it has negligible shrinkness and RHEOGROUT-EP is excellent chemical and weathering resistance.

Method of use
- Surface Application: Surface should be sound, free from any contaminations, resistance, oil and grease.
- As supplied the grout consists of 3 components, the hardener should be added to the resin and the two components thoroughly mixed preferable with mechanical means until a uniform liquid is obtained then add filler and continue mixing until homogeneous flowing mortar achieved. No surface priming is necessary the material should be allowed to stand for 5 mins. Prior to use to allow deaeration to occur for large volume apply in more than on layer.
Storage Life
RHEOGROUT-EP may be stored for 12 months in manufacturer’s unopened, sealed containers in dry condition above 10°C and out of direct sunlight.
Handing precautions
Cleanliness in handling epoxy resins is essential to prevent skin irritation wear goggles use gloves.
